Personal data deposited by the Member
By opening an Account on the Service, the Member must transmit his email address and password.When making a purchase on the Service, his / her credit card details are collected by a highly secured, authorized payment management Provider, as the Data Controller is not authorized to process such data.
Data collected automatically
Data relating to the Member's activity: when logging into his Account, information may be collected and processed concerning his activity on the Service. These include the registration date, the last login date, or the history of its purchases. Device and Equipment Data: The controller collects information about the devices and equipment used to access the Service that may include such information as the IP address, application version, mobile model, operating system. Withdrawal of consent
When a processing is based on the consent of the Member, such as sending a newsletter, the latter can withdraw it at any time from his Account or the settings of his phone. The withdrawal of his consent does not call into question the processings carried out prior to this withdrawal.
Consent on sensitive data
Article 9 of the RGPD provides explicit consent for the collection and processing of personal data that may disclose, among other things, the life and sexual orientation of an individual. An explicit consent is requested in this respect from the Member when opening his Account. The consent may be withdrawn at any time by closing its Account, in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of the TUS.
The Data Controller may also be required to process a Member's personal data in response to a legal request (search warrant, court order or otherwise) or to comply with regulatory, or administrative, requirements other than those mentioned in the table presented at the beginning of the chapter (tax and accounting processingof purchases).
How are your datas shared?
The Data Controller retains the Member's data for the period indicated in the personal data table collected (see above).
The Data Controller undertakes to provide the best efforts and all the means at his disposal to ensure the maximum security of the data stored. Given the exponential nature of technological developments, the Publisher can’t ensure absolute security of the Service or the absence of fault. It is also up to the Member to take appropriate measures to protect their data.
The Data Controller refuses to collect data from underage children. In the event of a Member's lie concerning his date of birth and more particularly in case of fraudulent certification on his majority, the parents of the minor child are invited to inform the Data Controller by sending an email to the indicated address. in Article 9, in order to request deletion of the data. The Data Controller agrees to delete all personal data concerning the minor child as soon as possible.
Non-EU data transfer
The Data Controller ensures that transfers of personal data to subcontractors based outside the European Union are carried out under conditions that ensure the confidentiality and security of data and an adequate level of protection in compliance with of the regulations in force.
